We are highly selective in choosing these companies. In each case, we prohibit our third-party service providers from using any of your personal information, such as your name, telephone number, mailing address, social security number, or email address for any other purposes except for rendering their services to us.
Examples of the types of outside companies with which we may share information include non- financial companies that perform services for us such as data processing and companies that perform securities execution and clearing services on our behalf.
Compliance with Law; Preservation of Rights
We reserve the right to disclose any information that you have made available to us if its disclosure is necessary, as determined in our sole discretion, to comply with legal obligations imposed on us, including without limitation, in response to a subpoena, legal process, or a judicial or governmental request. Sale of the Company
If FlipInvestor, Inc., or substantially all of FlipInvestor’s assets, are sold, or we reorganize or merge into another company, then your information, including your personal information, is likely to be among one of the transferred assets included in the transaction.

In the event that you would like to review, correct, update, or delete any of the personal information that you have provided to us, such as your first and last name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or any other information that you have provided to us, please contact us at the contact details provided under the heading “Contact Us.” Please clearly describe your request and include sufficient information in the request to enable us to locate your information, or in the alternative, to contact you (to the extent not prohibited by applicable law) to verify your request or to obtain additional information as necessary to carry out your request.
An Ongoing Commitment to Your Privacy
We are just as committed to protecting the privacy of our former customers as we are our current customers. If you choose to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, you will continue to be protected by the privacy policies and principles described in this policy.
“Do Not Track” or DNT requests?
Our website and applications do not respond to or otherwise acknowledge Do Not Track requests or signals from Internet web browsers.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not knowingly solicit information from or otherwise market to children under the age of 18. Visitors to our Website, or those that open accounts with us, must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age or otherwise classified as a minor under applicable law, you should not provide any information to us. If someone under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, the child’s parent or guardian should contact us using the information provided below to have us delete such information from our records.

Categories of Personal Information Disclosed for a Business Purpose
During the preceding 12-month period, we have disclosed identifiers, such as first and last name and also disclosed personal information, including identifiers and categories of personal information as described in Cal. Civil Code § 1798.80(e) for a business purpose, including our third-party service providers for purposes of those third parties rendering their services to us as detailed in this Policy.
Categories of Personal Information Sold for a Commercial Purpose
We do not sell personal information for a Commercial Purpose.
We have no knowledge of having any personal information of consumers that are under age 18 and have no intention to sell such information if we had it. It is an express requirement that visitors to our Website and those that open an account with us be at least 18 years of age.
Data Rights under the CCPA
Right to Access
The CCPA affords California consumers the right to request that a business that collects personal information about the consumer disclose certain information to that consumer including the categories of personal information that the business has collected, the categories of sources it has collected personal information from, the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the personal information, the categories of third parties the business shares the personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information it has collected about the consumer. While that information is listed in this Policy, you may separately request this information as it specifically relates to you by contacting us as defined in the Contact Us section of this Policy. Our verification process is detailed below.
Notice of Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information
A California consumer enjoys the right under the CCPA to opt-out of the sale of the consumer’s personal information by a business to a third party. We do not sell consumer’s personal information to any third parties.
Right to Deletion
The CCPA grants California consumers with the right to request the deletion of the consumer’s personal information that has been collected and maintained by the business. You may submit a deletion request by contacting us as defined in the “Contact Us” section of this Policy. Please be sure to note that you want us to delete your personal information. We will seek confirmation of your request as detailed in the section below concerning our verification process.
Non-discrimination Rights
The CCPA prohibits us from discriminating against a California consumer who chooses to exercise that consumer’s privacy rights as detailed in this Policy.
Verification Procedure
In connection with verifying a request to exercise data rights under the CCPA, we will verify the contact information we collect from you with information contained in our database. We will also generate a confirmation email to any email address that we have on file to help confirm the authenticity of a request. Where we are unable to verify the information provided to us, we will notify the submitter of the request that we are unable to process their request.
If you are the authorized agent making a request under the CCPA, you will be asked to indicate that you are making your request on behalf of another individual and the information that you provide must match all of the information that we have in our system for the person whom you are submitting such a request.
For all failed requests, we will provide you with instructions on how to properly submit a data request to us in accordance with the CCPA.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy from time to time as we may determine in our sole discretion. If we decide to make a change to this Policy, we will post those changes on this page and we will update the “Last Modified Date” provided at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review this Policy as any changes will become effective upon posting and are legally binding upon you. To the extent we make a material change to this Policy, as it concerns are collection or use of information, we will provide notice on the main web page of the Website or if required by applicable law, we will request your consent to a particular change.
