If your bank account isn't based in the United States, you can't use ACH transfer, since that only works with US bank accounts. You have two options for funding your account:
- Wire transfer: Get your account's wire instructions in the app and initiate a wire from your international bank. Most wire deposits complete within 1 business day, though some may take longer since every wire is subject to manual review. Costs $14 per wire.
- Check: Mail a check to our clearing broker; the app provides the mailing address and what to write on the check. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
ACH transfer remains available only for US-based bank accounts.
